چکیده
The researchers in this study examined the applicability of using an Arabic version curriculum-based measurement word reading fluency (CBM WRF). A sample 70 second-grade students, 45 average readers and 25 poor from a private school Al Ain, UAE, were randomly selected to participate study. 12-week trial demonstrated effectiveness CBM WRF monitoring progress students. In addition, was good predictor grade point native language. Moreover, students who struggling with scored significantly lower on probes than did readers. Results suggest that measure may be useful for evaluating predicting performance Arabic.
